3Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

• Opening an account using another person's identity or false information.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Gempak99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Account suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• User failed to comply with KYC verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• There is unusual or suspicious activity in the account that requires investigation.
• User found to own or operate multiple accounts.
